Envirosense is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the building industry's only balanced, nonprofit, consensus coalition promoting the understanding, development and accelerated implementation of green building policies, programs, technologies, standards and design practices. As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Envirosense has been involved in the development of the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED TM) Green Building Rating System. Members of Envirosense have actively participated in technical advisory committees focused on credits pertaining to indoor environmental quality and energy efficiency in LEED 2.0, LEED 2.1, LEED Commercial Interiors and LEED for Existing Buildings, as well as other specialized LEED products.
